We believe in expressing ourselves to God with music.

We have an active team of musicians, singers and songwriters who bring a musical expression to our corporate worship that is unique to our church family.

Weekly Devotionals

It all started when…

Wayne Cordeiro visited our church in 2005, and encouraged us as a church to start journaling and record the things that God shows us through our daily devotions.

To encourage our church family, someone from our core team shares a journal entry each week to encourage the church.

Bible Reading Plan

Here at HopePoint Church we are all encouraged to do the same reading plan. The benefit that we have found from all reading the same plan, is that we are all on the same page and can easily encourage one another in a relevant way.  

Start your day with Bible in One Year, a Bible reading app with commentary by Nicky and Pippa Gumbel. Nicky Gumbel is the Vicar of HTB in London and pioneer of Alpha. 'My favourite way to start the day.' - Bear Grylls, Adventurer.

How do I Journal?

One way to journal is to use the following acronym:

S – Write down the Scripture verse that stands out to you

O – What Observation can you make about the verse? Consider the context of the passage.

A – What is the Application of scripture for your personal life?

P – Respond to God in Prayer based on what has been highlighted to you from the passage.
